SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Sugar Tip Nail & Spa text messaging program (the "Program"). By choosing to opt in, you agree to these terms. Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing salon services.
Program messages
The Program may send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service-related notices, customer-care replies, and—only when you separately agree—birthday or holiday offers and salon news. Birthday reminders are promotional messages. Appointment-message consent does not enroll you in promotional messages.
How to opt in
- Website: Enter your mobile number and select the applicable unchecked text-message consent box on STnails.com. Marketing consent is separate from appointment-message consent.
- Staff-assisted appointments: Ask a Sugar Tip staff member to send appointment texts to your number. Staff will record the request when creating the appointment.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Appointment subscribers generally receive a confirmation and one reminder for each eligible appointment. Promotional-message frequency varies according to available offers. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also turn off promotional messages in Member Center. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation that no further messages will be sent. An opt-out may apply to messages from the sending number; contact us if you need additional assistance with your preferences.

Privacy
Our handling of mobile numbers, consent, and other information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility and changes
You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and authorized to enroll it. We may change or discontinue the Program or update these terms as permitted by law. The effective date above identifies the current version.
